How to resolve AdBlock issue? 
LAKEPORT, Calif. — The Lake County Passion Play will once again offer performances this spring.
The play will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 16, and Sunday, May 17, at the Passion Play grounds, located at 7010 Westlake Road near Upper Lake.
Admission is free.
The performance portrays the passion, death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ.
Father Philip J. Ryan and Paul Moran founded the play in 1981, and since then it has been presented through the efforts of dozens of volunteers.
It is rated as the best outdoor passion play.
