Clearlake Planning Commission to consider auto body and recycling projects

LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – The Clearlake Planning Commission this week will meet to consider two new projects in the city.

The commission will meet beginning at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, in the council chambers at Clearlake City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive.

Submit comments and questions in writing for commission consideration by sending them to Administrative Services Director/City Clerk Melissa Swanson at mswanson@clearlake.ca.us. Identify the subject you wish to comment on in your email’s subject line.

To give the planning commission adequate time to review your questions and comments, please submit written comments before 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 7.

On Tuesday, the commission will hold public hearings on two projects.

The first is to discuss and consider a conditional use permit to allow an auto body repair facility located at 14915 Olympic Drive, Units G and O, Clearlake. The applicant is Ricardo Godinez Soltero of C&G Autobody.

The second public hearing, also to consider and discuss a conditional use permit, regards the development and operations of a drive up recycle center for California CRV materials located
at 2450 Ogulin Canyon Road. The applicant is Cindy Nuno; the property owner Vitmer Holdings, LLC.
