CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The Clearlake Police Department is attempting to locate a missing teenager.
Ellysia Montano, 17, was last seen in the area of Oak Avenue in Clearlake.
She is described as a Hispanic female juvenile, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.
