State won't lift sewer hookup ban on Lakeport

LAKEPORT – Officials with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board have refused to lift a sewer hookup ban on the city of Lakeport, following a meeting last week between the water board's staff and City of Lakeport staff.
