LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – After taking a poll, the Lake County Republican Party will rotate its monthly meetings between Lakeport Round Table Pizza and Clearlake Redbud Library.
This month’s meeting will be 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, at the Redbud Library, 14785 Burns Valley Road, Clearlake.
The group will welcome a local veteran and community activist Cheryl Nutting who ran against Cecilia Aguiar-Curry in Assembly District 4 and only lost the top two by two votes. She will be speaking on legislation proposed by Se. Pan, continued overreach on our freedoms and big pharma.
The committee is growing and welcome all Lake County residents who share its goals. The group is pro family, pro community and pro worker and care about the future of our country.
Along with the guest speaker they will be discussing voter registration; HR 8, the gun bill introduced by Rep. Mike Thompson; and Proposition 13.
