NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application UP 07-12 proposing a major use permit for a 200 square foot off-site advertising billboard sign. The project applicant is Glenn Mueller. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-42. The project is located at 5860 Live Oak Drive, Kelseyville, CA and further described as APN 008-061-39.
