NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider an appeal (AA08-02) of a Notice of Violation charging grading without permits. The project is located at 9189 State Hwy 281, Kelseyville, CA. and further described as APN 009-014-34. The appellants are Daniel and Rhonda Chadwick.
