NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing and consider the project described in this notice on Thursday April 12, 2018 at 9:05 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance amending Article 27 of Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to regulate the manufacturing, distribution, and testing of cannabis (AM 18-02), on Thursday April 12, 2018, at 9:20 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

NOTICE OF:
LAND USE APPLICATION PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lakeport, State of California, will hold a public hearing for the design of a commercial retail building for AutoZone. The project applicants are Mitch Bramlitt, AutoZone Parts.
The Planning Commission will consider approval of: Architectural & Design Review (AR 17-10), for the design of a 6,816 square foot commercial retail building for AutoZone. The project is located at 2033 South Main Street, Lakeport, and further described as APN 005-045-43.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Categorical Exemption (CE 17-18) per the California Environmental Quality Act. The proposed application and plans are available for review at City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California.
The public hearing will be held Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 5:00 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California.
