NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR 18-011) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 p.m., June 20, 2018 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.

Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse.

Owners: LANGTRY FARMS, LLC. Project: Construction of a new 485-acre vineyard upon (i) finding such Grading Permit consistent with the mitigation monitoring and reporting program from the Guenoc Water Rights Modification Project environmental Impact Report (EIR) prepared by the State Water Resources Control Board and certified as of March 2009 and (ii) finding that such Grading Permit does not result in any new substantial impacts not addressed by the EIR.

AND A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider Minor Use Permit (MUP 18-13) formerly UP 18-04 and Development Review (DR 18-03) on Thursday, June 14, 2018, 9:05 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers located at 255 N.
