NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION & GRADING PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a GRADING PERMIT (GR 14-001) for the installation of a new 49-acre vineyard on two parcels totaling 290 acres, and will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14–06.
The project applicant is Julie Candelario.
The project site is located at 17501 Ranch Road, Middletown, CA, APNs 013-063-15 and 013-062-12.
The proposed grading permit, mitigated negative declaration, and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on April 23, 2015 and end on May 14, 2015. The Planner processing this application is Peggy Barthel, (707) 263-2221 or
The Community Development Director will approve this project with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., May 14, 2015.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 20, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Lake County Courthouse.

CLEARLAKE OAKS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
SUMMARY OF PROPOSE ORDINANCE
AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SUMMARY: The ordinance would amend Water and Sewer Rate Ordinances 73, 74, and 75 to: (1) establish a base rate for water and sewer services for all customers with a District connection, and a tiered water usage rate; (2) 3% increase in rates for 2016, 2017, and 2018; and (3) annually, beginning July 2016 the Capital Improvement Account Fee will be increased by $2.00 for both water and sewer. These fees will be deposited in a separate CIP account.
A full copy of the ordinance may be obtained at the District’s administrative office during regular business hours at 12952 E. Hwy 20 Clearlake Oaks, or on the District’s Web site at www.clocwd.org .
PUBLIC HEARING: A public hearing will be held on April 16, 2015, at 4:00pm, at Live Oaks Senior Center 12519 Foothill Blvd in Clearlake Oaks and on April 24, 2015, at 10:00am, at 12952 E. Hwy 20 Clearlake Oaks, at which the Board of Directors will consider all comments, verbal and written, concerning the proposed ordinance.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application AM 15-01, proposing amendments to Section 10.20 and 68.4(m) of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code) pertaining to AGE LIMITS FOR INSTALLATION OF USED MANUFACTURED HOMES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY within the jurisdiction of Lake County.
These proposed amendments are exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.
The staff report will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, ten (10) days before the hearing.
