NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION & GRADING PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a GRADING PERMIT (GR 14-006) for the installation of a new 10-acre vineyard on a 65-acre parcel, and will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14–21.
The project applicant is Kristi Wells.
The project site is located at 10111 Bottle Rock Road, Kelseyville, CA, APN 011-057-16.
The proposed grading permit, mitigated negative declaration, and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on March 17, 2015 and end on April 8, 2015.

The Community Development Director will approve this project with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., April 8, 2015.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Lakeport will hold a public hearing to consider the recommendation by the Lakeport Planning Commission to approve an application for a General Plan Amendment (GPA 13-01) from Residential and Resort Residential to Public and Civic Uses and a Lakeport Zoning Ordinance/Zone Change (ZC 13-01) from R-5 Resort Residential to PCU - Public and Civic Uses.
The project applicant is Lake County Vector Control.
The project is located at 408 & 410 Esplanade Street and 35 C Street, Lakeport and further described as APNs 025-501-17, -18 and -39.
The City Council will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Environmental Review, ER 13-01.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 Park Street, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing for the construction of new curbs, gutters, sidewalks, curb ramps, and cross walks along the south side of Konocti Road between Cole Creek Bridge and Oak Hills Lane.
The project applicant is the Lake County Public Works Department.
The Planning Commission will consider approval of General Plan Conformity Report GPC 14-01 and adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14–09.
The project site is located in the Konocti Road right-of-way in Kelseyville, in the vicinity of various APNs.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
