NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on Appeal AA 14-02, of Sid McCloud and Patti Lyndall.
The appellant is appealing the decision by the Planning Division and Lakebed Management to grant a permit to Donald and Suzanne Lindsey to allow replacement of an existing boat slip with a new electric lift under the existing sundeck and two new pilings landward of the sundeck to support two new personal watercraft lifts.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on August 28, 2014 at 9:30AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.

LOWER LAKE, Calif. – Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees for the Konocti Unified School District will hold a public hearing on August 20, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. to allow members of the public an opportunity to give input regarding the EPA (Education Protection Account) prior to considering adoption of the 2014-15 Resolution and Expenditure Plan.
The public hearings will take place in the Carol McClung Center Board Room, at 9430-B Lake Street, Lower Lake, CA 95457-0759.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application GPAP 12-02 and RZ 12-02 proposing a general plan amendment of all or a portion of four properties from Agriculture to Rural Residential and a rezone from “A-FF-FW-SC-WW” Agriculture—Floodway Fringe—Floodway—Scenic—Waterway to “RR-FF-FW-SC-WW” Rural Residential—Floodway Fringe—Floodway—Scenic—Waterway.
The project applicants are Michael Browning, Kenneth Ray and Ernest Soucek.
The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors regarding the consideration of adoption of a negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 12-16.
The project is located at 20444, 20646 and 20684 State Highway 175 and 20612 Dry Creek Cutoff, Middletown, APNs 014-002-39, 40, 48 and 014-440-05.
The proposed negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
