NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT EXTENSION 14-01 of Erhard and Ilse Arndt in accordance with Lake County Code to allow the continued operation of a mobile kitchen trailer on property located at 7990 South State Hwy 29, Kelseyville, APN 009-023-04, and further allows for property located at 2870 Eastlake Dr., Kelseyville, APN 044-223-11, to be utilized as a commissary site for the mobile kitchen trailer.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT EXTENSION with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., October 8, 2014 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California. 

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on October 15, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND PUBLIC HEARING



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing for the replacement of the existing bridge over Manning Creek at Ackley Road.

The project applicant is the Lake County Public Works Department. 

The Planning Commission will consider approval of General Plan Conformity Report GPC 11-19 and adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 11–28. 

The project site is located approximately 0.1 miles north of Mathews Road, approximately 3 miles south of Lakeport, in the vicinity of APNs 008-020-05, 008-020-23, 008-020-25, and 008-020-50. 

The proposed mitigated negative declaration and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
