NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING for protests regarding the placement of Lighting Fees and Delinquent Water and Sewer Fees on the 2012 Tax Rolls for collection. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on TUESDAY, JULY 17, 2011, at 9:15 A.M., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. Copies of the proposed resolutions are available at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lakeport, California, amending the Lakeport sign ordinance to add provisions relating to the sign criteria for large individual retail businesses and large shopping centers.
