NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration for the replacement of St. Helena Creek Bridge within the Hilderbrand Drive right-of-way, based on Initial Study IS 11–06.
The project applicant is the Lake County Department of Public Works.
The project is located approximately 300 feet east of the intersection of South State Highway 29 and Hilderbrand Drive, adjacent to 24101, 24051 and 24067 Hilderbrand Drive and 24374 South State Highway 29, Middletown, APNs 014-210-06, 24 & 33 and 013-028-54.
The Zoning Administrator will approve this project with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., July 26, 2012 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration, initial study, mitigation and monitoring plan and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on June 22, 2012 and end on July 26, 2012.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 1, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving minor use permit MUP 12-11 for Benjamin Haley in accordance with Lake County Code to allow construction of a garage with a maximum height of twenty-four (24) feet located on property at 2356 Diane Way, Lakeport, CA, APN 005-053-28.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND
SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, JUNE 26, 2012, AT 1:30 P.M., Board Chambers, Courthouse, Lakeport, as time and place to consider a proposed Urgency Measure prohibiting commercial medical marijuana cultivation and cultivation on vacant properties, and limiting outdoor cultivation amounts in the County of Lake, and declaring the urgency thereof.
A certified copy of the proposed Ordinance will be available at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors on Friday, June 15, 2012.
This proposed interim urgency ordinance will prohibit commercial medical marijuana cultivation and cultivation of medical marijuana on vacant properties in all unincorporated areas of the County of Lake. Cultivation of medical marijuana in excess of the following amounts is proposed to be prohibited during the term of this ordinance:
1. Any cultivation on vacant lots or parcels.
2. Outdoor cultivation of more than 3 mature female plants (accessory to an approved residential use), is prohibited on any parcel smaller than 1/2 acre (21,780 square feet).
3. Outdoor cultivation of more than 6 mature female plants, accessory to an approved residential use, is prohibited on parcels ½ acre (21,780 square feet) or larger.
This interim urgency ordinance is proposed to be adopted for 45 days pending further study by County staff and the development of appropriate draft medical marijuana cultivation regulations by the Lake County Medical Marijuana Advisory Committee.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.
If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.
