NOTICE OF INTENTION BY THE COUNTY OF LAKE TO LEASE REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the County Administrative Officer, County of Lake, State of California, declares his intent to lease real property consisting of land currently owned by the County and located at 6195 East Highway 20, Lucerne, CA (APN 034-121-07), and commonly known as Harbor Village. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The County Administrative Officer may execute a lease agreement with any interested party on May 21, 2012, or any date thereafter. NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 12-04 for Gary Scrivens in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a storage room addition above an existing garage that will exceed the height limitation of fifteen feet.
A roof deck above the addition will result in a total structure height of twenty-one and one-half feet.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on the Lake County Department of Public Services’ application for a General Plan Conformity Report (GPC 12-04) for the installation of underground utilities between the Riviera West Subdivision and the telecommunications tower on Buckingham Peak of Mt Konocti.
The property is located at 9280, 6730 & 7790 Konocti Rd, and 8135 Broadview Drive, Kelseyville, CA, APN 009-002-09, 46 & 47 and 044-111-02.
The Planning Commission will also review a proposed mitigated negative declaration and mitigation and monitoring plan for this project, for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Community Development Department as to the adequacy of the documents.
Based on said recommendation, the Community Development Director may consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and issuing a complex grading permit for AT&T’s application for the installation of underground utilities on Mt Konocti described above.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on April 24, 2012 and end on May 25, 2012.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on May 24, 2012 at 9:45 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.
