NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California will hold a public hearing on application UP 11-11 proposing a major use permit for a contractor’s storage yard.
The project applicant is Sierra Equipment.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 11-22.
The project is located at 2222 Park Place Blvd., Clearlake, CA APN 010-042-08.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration, initial study and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on April 4, 2012 and end on April 26, 2012.
