Kelseyville Presbyterian Church offers online message

KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – As its doors remain closed during the countywide shelter in place order, Kelseyville Presbyterian Church is offering outreach and messages from the pastor online.

Pastor Steve Nesheim posted his latest message on Saturday. It can be seen above.

When services resume, they will be held at 10 a.m. Sundays, followed by coffee hour in the fellowship hall.

The church is located at 5340 Third St.

First Lutheran Church to host virtual service March 29

LUCERNE, Calif. – First Lutheran Church or Lucerne will hold a virtual service on Sunday, March 29.

The sermon will take place beginning at 11 a.m.

Pastor Chris DelCol’s sermon is titled, “I love camping.”

The sermon’s lesson will come from the Gospel of John, Chapter 11, verses 38 to 53.

April 5 ‘Final Greetings’ concert canceled

LAKEPORT, Calif. – Lakeport Christian Center said it is canceling the April 5 concert with the worship band Final Greetings.

The concert is being canceled due to local health orders in effect to try to stop the spread of COVID-19.

United Methodist Churches suspend services, activities

LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Due to the current shelter in place order in Lake County, all United Methodist Church services, activities, classes and events will be temporarily shut down until further notice.

Local church leaders said they are exploring ways to hold online worship services.
