George Seferoglou: Proposed complex grading permit

NOTICE OF PROPOSED COMPLEX (CEQA) GRADING PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application IS 09-32 proposing a Complex (CEQA) Grading Permit GR 09-047 proposing to resolve a grading violation that included the unpermitted grading of 4.93 acres of native vegetation, including oak woodlands.


The application also proposes to grade an additional 2.37 acres of native vegetation for a total cleared area of 7.3 acres.


The project applicant is George Seferoglou.


The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-32, and will consider authorizing the Community Development Director to issue the proposed grading permit.


The project is located at 13520 Point Lakeview Rd., Lower Lake, CA and further described as APN 012-066-72.


The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the County of Lake’s application GPAP 10-06 & MMU 10-05 proposing to amend Lake County General Plan Policy LU-6.12 concerning mixed use resorts, and a Modification to the General Plan of Development for Cristallago Development Corporation’s General Plan of Development (GPD 05-05) proposing additional mitigation measures for community benefits, greenhouse gas emissions, water, asbestos and traffic, for property located at 3580, 3595, 3851, 3907, 4051, 4141, 4151, 4161, 4283, & 4483 Hill Road, Lakeport, being Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 003-046-66 & 67, 005-009-04, 05, 06 & 07, 005-010-05, 16 & 17, 005-011-06 & 07 and 005-012-33 that was approved by the Board of Supervisors on March 2, 2010.


The Planning Commission will consider recommending adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for the proposals based on Initial Study IS 10-36.


The proposed mitigated negative declaration and initial study are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 04-22, proposing a major use permit for a Motor Sport go-cart race track.


The purpose of this hearing is to review compliance with permit conditions and to consider minor modifications (MMU 10-03) to the permit conditions. The project applicant is Lakeport Outlaw Karting.
