NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 10-17 of Thomas Vasconcellos in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a detached 462 square foot single story garage to be located approximately twenty-eight feet from the front property line located at 3790 Lakeshore Blvd., Lakeport, APN 029-231-75. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 10-02 proposing a tentative parcel map to subdivide approximately 6.14 acres to create two parcels and RZ 10-05 to rezone the property from “A” Agriculture to “SR-B3” Suburban Reserve - 3 acre minimum parcel size.
