NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 10-17 of Thomas Vasconcellos in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a detached 462 square foot single story garage to be located approximately twenty-eight feet from the front property line located at 3790 Lakeshore Blvd., Lakeport, APN 029-231-75. The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., November 18, 2010 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on November 24, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on Variance 10-02 of Mark Hale to allow a reduced front yard setback of 30 feet from the center-line of Lakeshore Drive and 12 feet from the front property line for an attached garage on property located at 11422 and 11423 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake Park and further described as APN’s 036-361-15 and 036-362-15.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 10-02 proposing a tentative parcel map to subdivide approximately 6.14 acres to create two parcels and RZ 10-05 to rezone the property from “A” Agriculture to “SR-B3” Suburban Reserve - 3 acre minimum parcel size.
