NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit 10-09 of John McDermott in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a front setback reduction from 20 to 15 feet from the edge of a private easement.
The purpose of this notice is to correct a typographical error in a notice that was previously circulated for this project.
The previous notice listed the address of this property as 2045 South Lake Drive; however, the correct address of the site is 3045 South Lake Drive, Kelseyville, APN 044-251-03.

NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakeport Redevelopment Agency will hold a public workshop on the Phase 2 Downtown Improvement Project. The public workshop will be conducted on Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Lakeport City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport.
The Phase 2 Downtown Improvement Project includes the proposed construction of sidewalks; corner bulb-outs; ramps and landscaping; patterned crosswalks; decorative street lights; street trees and grates; irrigation; storm drainage; roadway improvements and related infrastructure improvements for:
Main Street between Martin and Third Streets
Park Street between First and Second Streets
Second Street between Main and Park Streets, and
First Street between Main Street and the Clear Lake shoreline.
All interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend this workshop and participate in a discussion of the Phase 2 Downtown Improvement Project benefits, impacts, schedule, and issues.
