THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION   NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONSIDERATION OF MAJOR USE PERMIT AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR  COMMERCIAL CANNABIS CULTIVATION 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public  hearing on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 9:05 a.m. in the Board Chambers of the Lake County  Courthouse located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 95453. 

CASE#: UP 21-16; IS 21-17 

OWNER/APPLICANT: ROIN BETTS/PACIFIC CANN INC. 

REQUEST: Pacific Cann Inc. is seeking approval of a Major Use Permit and Mitigated Negative  Declaration for 19,200 sf of outdoor commercial cannabis canopy area within 63,840 sf of  outdoor cultivation area. 

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION LOCATION: 9141 State Highway 175, Kelseyville (APN: 011-060-01)

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR FOR CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR CANNABIS  CULTIVATION  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Zoning Administrator will hold a public  hearing on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C of the Lake  County Courthouse, located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 95453 if a hearing is  requested. 

If no requests for hearing are received, no hearing will occur. If you request a hearing,  the request must be made in writing and submitted to the Lake County Planning  Department no later than February 10, 2023.
