Lake County Transit - WE NEED YOUR INPUT!

Help us make the Lake Transit Authority (LTA) the best it can be!

The Lake Area Planning Council is preparing an update the Transit Development Plan for Lake County. This project is in its final stages. There have been some changes recommended to improve Lake Transit services.

These “alternatives” are designed to better meet the needs of local residents, and/or make the transit system more cost effective.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public  hearing on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 9:10 a.m. in the Board Chambers of the Lake  County Courthouse located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 95453. 

CASE#: UP 21-29/IS 21-30 

OWNER/APPLICANT: ADOBE CREEK LLC/ 2CW PRODUCTIONS, INC/ HIGHMARK  LAND COMPANY LLC. 

REQUEST: Approval of major use permit for commercial cannabis processing in  existing facilities located at 4820 Loasa Road in Kelseyville, (APN: 008-038-50) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION LOCATION: 4820 Loasa Road, Kelseyville (APN: 008-038-50)
