ANNUAL REPORTABLE FEES REPORT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023


Pursuant to Government Code Section 66006, all local agencies that collect development fees, must, within 180 days of the last day of each fiscal year, make public certain information regarding the development fees collected.

FOR CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A MINOR USE PERMIT 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Zoning Administrator will hold a public  hearing if a hearing is requested by an interested party on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at  2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor in the Lake County Courthouse, located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 95453. 

No public hearing will be held unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted  by 5:00 P.M., Wednesday January 25, 2023 to the Community Development Department,  Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California 

CASE#: MUP 22-08; CE 22-61 

APPLICANT: GREENFIRE ENERGY, INC. 

REQUEST: Install a closed-loop, down bore heat exchanger system (GreenFire Energy  Steam Dominated GreenLoop (SDGL)] into the existing Davies State 1 geothermal well,  to test system as a proof of concept.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public  hearing on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 9:05 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 95453. 

CASE#: GPC 22-13 

OWNER/APPLICANT: RICH AND SHERRI LACY 

REQUEST: The applicant proposes to vacate a portion of Roberts Road, Middletown, in order to  dedicate a new portion of road in a different location. The portion of Roberts Road to be vacated  is approximately 0.25 mile in length. 

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION (CE 22-66), COMMON SENSE EXEMPTION.

environment.
