NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public  hearing on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 9:20 a.m. in the Board Chambers of the Lake  County Courthouse located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 95453. 

CASE#: UP 21-05 

OWNER/APPLICANT: RS GREENERY, LLC 

REQUEST: RS Greenery is seeking discretionary approval for a total of 84,848 square feet (sq.  ft.) of outdoor canopy area and a total of 85,408 sq. ft. of cultivation on APN 003-046-02, with  APN 003-046-78 included for acreage clustering purposes, as follows: (2) A-Type 3: "outdoor"  licenses and (1) Type 13 Distributor Transport Only license. 

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION LOCATION: 6233 Eickhoff Road, Lakeport, (APNs: 014-140-12 and 003-046-78) SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT: 4

ALL INTERESTED PERSONS are invited to be present at the public hearing. All persons may  provide public comment at the time and place indicated above. Notice of Date Registrar of Voters office will conduct the Logic and Accuracy Test of the Ballot Tabulation Computer & Software November 8, 2022, General Election

THE LAKE COUNTY REGISTRAR OF VOTERS OFFICE would like to inform voters that pursuant to regulations of the California State Commission on Voting Machines and Vote Tabulating Devices, a Logic and Accuracy Test will be conducted for the ballot tabulation computer and software to be used for the November 8, 2022, General Election.

This test will run on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 11:00 am in the Registrar of Voters office, 325 North Forbes St, Lakeport. All interested persons are invited to observe this test.
