NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE REAPPLICATION FOR AN AMENDMENT (MMU 20-11) TO MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-25), AND AN AMENDMENT TO MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION (IS 18-110)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 9:05 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA 95453, to consider a reapplication to amend the prior approved permit UP 18-25, and an addendum to Mitigated Negative Declaration #IS 18-110. The proposed project is located at 9475 Bottle Rock Road, Kelseyville, CA; APN: 011-004-60.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To consider a proposal to amend UP 18-25, and to grant the expansion of the existing use to legitimize an 8100 sq. ft. building that was built without land use approval or building permits, and is associated with previously approved file no. UP 18-25, in accordance with Article 27, Part 27.11(at), Article 34, Part 34.4(iii); Part 34.11(3)(v); Part 34.11(4)(v), and Article 60, Part 60.33.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a determination has been made that there will be an addendum to the prior mitigated negative declaration (# 1S 18-58) and that the modified Project does not trigger any of the circumstances that would require preparation of a subsequent EIR, or negative declaration under Public Resource Code section 21166 (14 Cal. Code Regulations, §§ 15162 and 15164).
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS are invited to be present at the public hearing. All persons may provide public comment at the time and place indicated above. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 13, 2021 at 9:20 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA 95453, to consider a reapplication to amend the prior approved permit UP 18-43, and an addendum to Mitigated Negative Declaration #IS 18-58. The proposed project is located at 19424 Butts Canyon Road, Middletown, CA; APN: 014-004-20.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To consider a proposal to amend UP 18-43, and to grant the expansion of the existing use to allow for the addition of four 2,499 sq. ft. nursery areas (greenhouses) for immature cannabis plants, in accordance with Article 27, Part 27.11(at), and Article 60, Part 60.33.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission, County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 20-75) on Thursday, January 13, 2022, 9:05 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, meetings of the Lake County Planning Commission will be available for participation virtually via Zoom and in the Board Chambers subject to social distancing requirements. Applicant/Owner: North Coast Select, Inc. Proposed Project: Applicant is applying for co-location/clustering of permits for cannabis cultivation operation to allow 70,560 square feet mixed-light canopy area within greenhouses equipped with air filtration systems in a total of 168,680 square feet cultivation area. The project includes additional greenhouses for immature plants, a processing facility, a drying building, thirty-two 2,500 gallon water tanks, security, and a perimeter fence.
