NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake, State of California, has set at a regular meeting, June 7th, 2022 at 10am, Board Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA 95453, as time and place to hear the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Military Equipment presentation and proposed Lake County Sheriff’s Office policy 708 Military Equipment, pursuant to California Government code 7071 (AB481). 


Lake County Sheriff’s Policy 708, is posted on the Sheriff’s Office website, www.lakesheriff.com (AB481 Military Equipment).


NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said place and time, any interested persons may appear and be heard.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was received from Gidion Sauceda requesting Zoning Administrator approval for a Minor Use Permit for a cannabis manufacture and distributer business. The project site is located at 1061 Cunningham Street; APN 003-081-27. 


PROJECT IMPACTS:  The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Article 19 Section 15301, Existing Facilities.


PUBLIC HEARING DATE/TIME:  Monday, May 9, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., or soon thereafter. 


LOCATION: This meeting will take place via teleconference. The call-in number and access code will be included on the agenda posted to the City website, www.CityofUkiah.com/meetings/ and at the Civic Center Agenda Board no less than 72 hours prior to the meeting.


WHAT WILL HAPPEN:  All interested parties may comment on the project. The Zoning Administrator will consider all public testimony and either approve, conditionally approve, or deny the project.
