NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on the Eachus View Subdivision (SD 07-02), proposing a subdivision of a 90-acre property into 8 residential lots, and a Rezone (RZ 05-16) of 10 acres from “A-SC-FF” Agriculture-Scenic-Floodway Fringe-Waterway to “SR-SC-FF” Suburban Reserve-Scenic-Floodway Fringe.  The project applicant is Mark Mitchell. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-76.  The project is located at 3453, 3565, 3585 and 3595 Hill Road, Lakeport; and further described as portions of APN 005-012-33, 005-015-35, 005-017-75 & 77. The Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration will be available for review twenty (20) days and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing at the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
