CITY OF CLEARLAKE ADMINISTRATIVE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Clearlake will hold an administrative public hearing on Tuesday, September 28th, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA., to consider the following:
The applicant, CA Rural Service Area #1 by Faulk and Foster (Rep Tracey Malone), is requesting the approval of Administrative Use Permit AUP 2021-06 and Categorical Exemption, CE 2021-11 to allow the installation of a stealth communication tower located on an existing hotel development. The stealth tower will be located within a reconstructed stairwell and screened from public view at 15135 Lakeshore Drive, further described as assessor parcel number 040-330-54.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has established the following Public Hearing Schedule surrounding the 2021 Redistricting Process. All hearings will be held in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport. Participation will also be available via Zoom. The meeting room is wheelchair accessible. Requests for a disability–related modification, language accessibility or other accommodation necessary to participate in the Board of Supervisors meeting should be made in writing to the Clerk of the Board at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
