PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Clearlake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 26th, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA., to consider the following:

• Conditional Use Permits CUP 2021-05 through 2021-08 for commercial cannabis cultivation/processing, manufacturing, distribution, and delivery only dispensary, along with accompanying Development Agreement DA 2021-04 and Cannabis Business/Regulatory Permit CBRP 2021-04, for the establishment of a cannabis operation located at 2185 Ogulin Canyon Road, Clearlake, CA 95422 further described as APN: 010-044-17-000.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MODIFICATION BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of  California, will consider approving Modification (MMU 21-20) of original Use Permit UP 18- 43 at a public hearing that will take place on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 9:10 a.m. in the  Lake County Courthouse, 1st Floor, Board of Supervisor’s Chambers, 255 N.
