NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR19-585) and Initial Study (IS19-29) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., September 18, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on September 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Modification (MMU 18-05) of Minor Use Permit (MUP 06-14) and Categorical Exemption (CE 19-50) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., September 18, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N.
