NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 18-45) on Thursday June 13, 2019, 9:50 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Applicant / Owner: Paul Bernaccio / Bernaccio Inc.
Proposed Project: Two commercial cannabis cultivation licenses; one A-Type 1C and one M-Type 1C ‘mixed light’ that would allow a total of up to 5,000 s.f. of canopy area and up to 10,000 square feet of cultivation area.

THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Zoning Permit (ZP 19-24) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., June 5, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 12, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
