NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-14) on Thursday December 13, 2018, at 9:40 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
Applicant: JOSHUA ALTER. Owner: Ecoland Group Gray Road Cali RLS LLC.
Proposed Project: Commercial Cannabis Cultivation license, A-Type 3 (outdoor) to allow 40,750 square feet of cultivation area. Location: 9185 Gray Road, Middletown; APN: 115-006-12.

AND NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 18-48 of Shannon Ridge, Inc. in accordance with Lake County Code to allow use of an existing agriculture exempt cold storage building for a small winery, allowing storage of wine only located at 4881 New Long Valley Road, Clearlake Oaks and further described as APN 006-009-35.
