NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-19) on Thursday Feb. 14, 2019, 9:05 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Applicant: Mike Mitzel. Owner: Konocti Diversified Agriculture.
Proposed Project: Commercial Cannabis Cultivation license, A-Type 3b indoor to allow 17,850 square feet of canopy area inside a 41,060 square foot greenhouse (cultivation area).

AND A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use (Collector) Permit (MUP 18-54) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., January 30, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on February 6, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
