AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-42) on Thursday April 25, 2019, 9:05 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant: Mezzrow Meadows LLC.

Proposed Project: Four Commercial Cannabis Cultivation licenses, (4) A-Type 3 (outdoor) to allow 174,240 square feet of cultivation area.
