NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing and consider the projects described in this notice on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 9:20 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

AND NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit 17-25 with no public hearing if unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., November 29, 2017 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on December 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
IN THE CITY OF LAKEPORT, CALIFORNIA
The City of Lakeport is seeking a consultant or consulting firm to serve as city engineer.
The scope of services includes but are not limited to: acting as the engineer of record for city projects, technical evaluations, project planning, estimating, scheduling, preparing bid documents, construction management, review encroachment permit applications, provide oversight to engineering staff, review and update city standard plans and specifications are needed.
The city engineer will represent the city within the community and with outside agencies as required.
The city is requesting a statement of qualifications from your firm if this position is of interest to you.
