NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a Special Public Hearing on a proposed ordinance replacing Article 72 of Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to regulate the cultivation, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, testing, retail, and micro-business of cannabis on Thursday, September 7, 2017, at 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
