NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Complex Grading Permit GR17-027 with no public hearing, unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., September 27, 2017 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider recommended environmental determinations and hold a public hearing on whether to approve, conditionally approve, or deny the projects described in this notice.
A public hearing to consider the listed projects will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at 9:05 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above-stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
