NOTICE OF INTENTION BY THE COUNTY OF LAKE
TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, declares its intent to sell real property consisting of land currently owned by the County and located at 8775 Soda Bay Road, Kelseyville, CA (APN 009-003-400), 8769 Soda Bay Road, Kelseyville, CA (APN 009-003-410) and 6285 Konocti Road, Kelseyville, CA (APN 009-003-190).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 9:15 A.M., in the Board Chambers, Courthouse, Lakeport, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.
If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk of the Board at or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on Major Use Permit application UP 13-05, proposing to allow for the operation of a bulk propane storage facility.
Improvements consist of the installation of two 30,000 gallon propane tanks and parking areas for fleet vehicles.
The project applicant is Dan Davidson on behalf of Ferrellgas.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 13-14.
The project is located at 2329 S. Main Street, Lakeport, CA, and further described as APN 005-049-08.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, thirty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
