NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 14-09 of De Tomasi Trust Trustees in accordance with Lake County Code to permit construction of a six-foot high fence within the required front yard setback on property located at 11241 Patterson Drive, Clearlake Park, APN 036-441-17.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION & GRADING PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a GRADING PERMIT (GR 13-053) to authorize Calpine Corporation to lower the existing drill pad level in order to enlarge the pad to support a full-size drill rig and re-establish an abandoned road below the pad, on Castle Springs Road on the parcel located at 10155 Socrates Mine Road, Middletown, CA, APN 013-058-12, and will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14–12.  

The proposed grading permit, mitigated negative declaration, and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse at 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.  

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on August 21, 2014 and end on September 10, 2014.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND COMPLEX GRADING PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a Complex Grading Permit (GR13-046) allowing construction of a 4WD trail on property located at 3005 State Hwy 20 Upper Lake, CA, APN 003-028-25.

The Community Development Director will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14-08.
