NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MODIFICATION TO MINOR USE PERMIT 14-05 of Eric Dibble in accordance with Lake County Code to add automobile sales to already existing auto body repair and dismantling business located at 3578 North Main Street, Kelseyville, APN 008-063-17.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 30, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City of Lakeport will conduct a public hearing on July 23, 2014, at 2:30 p.m., in the conference room located at City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport, to review the annual Grantee Performance Report for the Community Development Block Grant Business Loan Reuse Fund.  

Copies of the report and all grant public information files are available for inspection at Lakeport City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport.  Further information can be obtained by calling Trisha Franco at 263-5613 ext. 25.  Written comments may be submitted to:  City of Lakeport, 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California, 95453.  Lakeport City Hall is a handicapped-accessible building.
