Lake County International Charter School plans June 26 hearing on LCAP

MIDDLETOWN, Calif. – The Lake County International Charter School Charter Council will hold a public hearing at a special meeting on Thursday, June 26, at 10 a.m. to discuss and consider approving its preliminary budget for 2014/2015, and its Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP).

The meeting will be held at the LCICS Langtry (Yellow) House at 15850 Armstrong St. in Middletown.

Both of the proposed documents will be available on the LCICS Web site at www.lcics.org 72 hours prior to the meeting.

The LCAP falls under the umbrella of the new California Local Control Funding Formula.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Administrative Appeal AA14-01 of the Community Development Director’s adoption of a MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION based on Initial Study IS 13–24 for GRADING PERMIT GR 14-032 for Shannon Ranches proposal to develop a 53.8-acre vineyard.  

The appellants are Clinton Jones and Greg Stratmann.  

The subject site is located at 14692 & 15096 East State Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks, CA; APNs 006-560-29 and 006-012-04.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on major use permit application UP 14-05 proposing use of an existing two-story, approximately 6,000 square foot residence for a special events center with up to 18 events per year and to utilize the sign regulations of the “C2” zoning district.

The project applicant is Brad Bastian.

The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 12-26.

The project is located at 1986 & 1990 Bastian Court, Lakeport, CA, APN 015-010-22 & 23.

This project was continued from a previous Planning Commission public hearing held on April 25, 2013.

The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
