NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING and
SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, JULY 9, 2013, at 9:15 A.M., Board Chambers, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, as time and place to consider A PROPOSED ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COUNTY OF LAKE HEALTH SERVICES AS A MEMBER OF THE EXISTING PARTNERSHIP HEALTHPLAN OF CALIFORNIA COMMISSION.
If adopted as proposed, this ordinance will enable Lake County to hold two seats on the Partnership HealthPlan of California Commission. This commission provides oversight and guidance, sets policy and provides strategic direction regarding the provision of Medi-Cal Managed Care services. A certified copy of the proposed Ordinance is available at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Room 109, Lakeport, CA.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said place and time, any interested persons may appear and be heard.
If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk to the Board at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit MUP 13-01 of Cache Creek Vineyards, LLC, in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a small winery, a 750 square foot tasting room with incidental retail sales, and up to 24 non-amplified promotional events and 36 non-amplified non-promotional events annually.
The Zoning Administrator will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 13-01.
The property is located at 250 New Long Valley Road, Clearlake Oaks, CA and further describes as APN 006-019-21.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on June 18, 2013 and end on July 17, 2013.
