Lake County Special Districts: Underground sewer line installation in Anderson Springs

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving INITIAL STUDY 13-05 of County of Lake, Special Districts, in accordance with Lake County Code to allow the installation of an underground sewer line, within the community of Anderson Springs, to connect a system of hybrid septic tanks to facilitate the removal of wastes and their subsequent transportation to the Middletown wastewater processing facility.

The Zoning Administrator will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on INITIAL STUDY 13-05.

The project area consists of the community of State Highway 175 right-of-way between the Middletown wastewater processing facility and Anderson Springs Road, the community of Anderson Springs and Hilltop Recover Center in the Middletown area.

The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on September 13, 2013 and end on October 11, 2013.

The Zoning Administrator will adopt the MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., October 11, 2013.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on October 23, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Additionally, you are invited to attend a public workshop to learn more about the project and have your questions answered, on Friday 13, 2013, at 6:30 p.m. at the Anderson Springs Homeowners Recreation Center, located at 11210 Anderson Springs Road, Middletown.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-13 of Erhard and Ilse Arndt in accordance with Lake County Code to allow the operation of a mobile kitchen trailer on property located at 7990 South State Hwy 29, Kelseyville, APN 009-023-04, and further allows for property located at 2870 Eastlake Dr., Kelseyville, APN 044-223-11, to be utilized as a commissary site for a mobile kitchen trailer and to allow a six-foot high security fence within the required front yard setback.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on Major Use Permit application UP 10-06, proposing to allow a multi-phase church, retreat center and up to twelve (12) outdoor special events with a maximum of six (6) outdoor amplified special events per calendar year.

The project applicant is Jesus Christ Fellowship.

The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 10-28.

The project is located at 19650 State Highway 175, Middletown, CA, and further described as APN 013-011-60.

The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, thirty (30) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on August 23, 2013 and end at the hearing on September 26, 2013.
