On July 18, 2023, at 6:00 pm, the Lakeport City Council, at their regularly scheduled meeting, will consider a resolution adjusting the water and sewer capacity charges. These charges are collected from new development to offset the costs associated with utility expansion demands.

The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Lakeport City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport.

If you are a community member interested in mental health wellness, a behavioral health consumer, family member, friend, attend a peer support center or are a provider or other community stakeholder – after months of community engagement and planning, Lake County Behavioral Health has published our new Three-Year Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Plan for Fiscal Year 2023 thru 2026 for a 30-day public comment period.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR INFORMATIONAL ITEM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 9:03 a.m. in the Board Chambers of the Lake County Courthouse located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 95453.
OWNER/APPLICANT: County Initiated
REQUEST: County of Lake staff will present the County’s 2022 Housing Element Annual Progress Report, to be submitted to the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research and the California Department of Housing and Community Development. The item is informational only.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: CEQA does not apply to the subject matter of this report as it is not considered a project.
