LAKEPORT – Lakeport Christian Center will present its “School's Out” bash beginning at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 23.
The event is open to all children and teens of all ages and will include a free barbecue and ice cream, games, jumpy house and much more.
The bash is hosted by Lakeport Christian Center Girls Club and Catalyst Youth Ministries.
Come and have a great time and meet Lakeport Christian Center's new youth pastor, Maria Rhoads.
Lakeport Christian Center is located at 455 S. Forbes St.
Adult Bible Study is conducted at the same time as the children's and youth ministries each Wednesday. Nursery care also is available.

KELSEYVILLE – Galilee Lutheran Church will host an outdoor service this Sunday, June 20.
The service begins at 9 a.m.
The message for this week, delivered by interim pastor Denis Eucalyptus, will be the continuation of his sermon on the “The Lord’s Prayer: Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread,” and how people don’t need to know the whole plan in order to live today. People just need to know what they need to know for today.
Sunday School and adult bible study will be on summer vacation and will resume in September.

LAKEPORT – The Lakeport Community Seventh-day Adventist Church will host vacation Bible School from June 21 through June 25.
This year's theme will be “The Parables of Jesus.”
Sessions will take place from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Westlake Seventh-day Adventist Christian School at 6586 Westlake Road, Lakeport (the Rocket school at the Nice-Lucerne cutoff).
There will songs, crafts, stories and Bible stories daily. Come join the fun.

MIDDLETOWN – A special Father's Day New Life Service featuring the musical group The Resurrections will begin at 9:45 a.m. Sunday, June 20, at the Middletown Community United Methodist Church.
Rev. Peter DeLong will give the message “Fearless and Radical Love,” with a Father's Day brunch following the service.
The people of Middletown Methodist practice “Open Hearts, Open Minds, and Open Doors.”
