Matthew Glen Dupler, aka “The Dupe,” passed away on Nov. 8, 2012. He was 21 years old.
To all of those whose lives he touched, he was a blessing with a heart of gold.
He lived in Lake County, Calif., his whole life and graduated from Upper Lake High School. Afterwards he went on to Mendocino College, where he spent his time tutoring.
Matthew was bright, intelligent and full of life.
He is survived by a family that loved him and friends who will never forget him.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, at the Upper Lake Methodist Church, 604 Clover Valley Road, Upper Lake, Calif.

Lawrence W. Weaver Sr., loving father and husband, passed peacefully Nov. 9 at St. Helena Hospital, St. Helena.
He enjoyed fishing and was a truck driver for 30 years.
Lawrence is survived by his wife, Selena, and son Cameron of Lakeport, Calif.; his daughter, Chastity of Morrilton, Arkansas; and son Lawrence Jr. of Borger, TX.
He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Eva Margaret Best, a Lakeport, Calif., resident, passed peacefully Nov. 5, 2012, at the age of 93.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, at the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Upper Lake, 699 Second St.
Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. She will be laid to rest at San Joaquin National Cemetery.
