NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application MMM 10-01 proposing a Minor Modification to Parcel Map PM 08-07 proposing to enter into an Improvement Deferral Agreement for the required improvements to Robin Hill Drive.
The project applicant is Glen Rolfe.
The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously approved Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-06. The project is located at 1000 Robin Hill Road, Lakeport, APN 004-024-15.
The Mitigated Negative Declaration is available for review, and the staff report will be available ten days before the hearing in the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport.
