NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 10-03 proposing a major use permit to allow for the storage of up to 45 boats and recreational vehicles in conjunction with an existing mini-storage operation.
The project applicant is Pat Stansberry.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 10-12.
The project is located at 2240 Lakeshore Boulevard & 2371 Stokes Avenue, Nice, APN 031-052-02 & 13.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
