NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California will hold a public hearing on application AM 11-01 proposing amendments to the Lake County Zoning Ordinance pertaining to wineries, wine tasting facilities, definition of wine-related special events, agricultural service establishments, green waste composting facilities, farmers’ markets, commercial stables and riding academies, cargo containers, multi-family maximum residential density, and revocation of zoning clearances and zoning permits.

The project applicant is the Lake County Community Development Department.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on March 24, 2011 at 9:25 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.

If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR REASONABLE ACCOMODATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Request for Reasonable Accommodation 11-01 of Lesley Fanucchi in accordance with Lake County Code Section 21-70 to allow the use of a travel trailer as temporary living quarters for up to three years located at 2625 Clipper Lane, Lakeport, APN 044-411-12.

The Community Development Director will approve this REQUEST FOR REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., March 18, 2011 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on March 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
