NOTICE OF PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study 10-15 for a proposed grading permit (GR10-015) to develop a seven acre vineyard at 21105 Buckeye Ct., Middletown (APN 013-062-09). The project applicant is Ralf Oelschlager. The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
The Zoning Administrator will approve this project with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., June 17, 2010. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 23, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
