NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit MUP 10-11 based on Initial Study 10-20 for George and Anne Ulitin in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a small winery and tasting room. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the appeal AA 10-02 of Barry Shaffer. The appellant is appealing the Zoning Administrator’s approval of a minor use permit (MUP 10-01) based on Initial Study IS 10-03 for Eric Olof in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a small winery and tasting room.
